Delusia.AI (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains our data practices for Delusia.AI, including our website, mobile app, and AI phone receptionist service (the “Service”).
By using Delusia.AI, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
When you create an account, we collect: name and email address, phone number(s) associated with your business, business name and address, password and authentication credentials, and payment and billing information.
We collect and store: incoming and outgoing call phone numbers, call timestamps and duration, call audio recordings (when recording is enabled), call transcripts generated by AI, and caller information and message content.
We automatically collect: IP address and browser information, device type and operating system, pages viewed and features used, dates and times of access, referral source, and cookies and similar tracking technologies.
If you connect third-party services (Google Calendar, Zapier, etc.), we collect data necessary to integrate those services, such as calendar availability and contact lists.
We use the information we collect for: Service Delivery (to operate and provide the AI receptionist service), Account Management (to create and manage your account), Billing (to process payments and manage subscriptions), Communication (to send service updates, support responses, and announcements), Improvement (to improve our Service, features, and user experience), Analytics (to understand how users interact with our Service), Security (to detect fraud and maintain security), and Compliance (to comply with legal obligations and law enforcement requests).
Caller Consent: When your AI answers a call, it automatically informs callers that the call may be recorded. This disclosure satisfies recording consent requirements in most jurisdictions.
Data Ownership: You own all call data, recordings, and transcripts generated through the Service. We store this data only to provide the Service and as required by law.
Data Access: Only you and authorized members of your team can access your call data through your account. Our staff may access call data only for technical support, security, or legal compliance — and only with proper authorization.
Deletion: You may delete call recordings and transcripts at any time through your dashboard. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data in the following limited circumstances: with Service Providers who assist in providing the Service (bound by confidentiality agreements), with third-party integrations you explicitly authorize (e.g., Google Calendar, Zapier), when required by law, court order, or government request, in the event of a business transfer (with notice to you), and to prevent fraud, abuse, or harm to Delusia.AI or other users.
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including: end-to-end encryption for call recordings and sensitive data, secure HTTPS/TLS connections, role-based access controls and data isolation, regular security audits and penetration testing, secure credential management, and automatic backups and disaster recovery.
However, no security system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. You use Delusia.AI at your own risk.
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. Account Information is retained while you have an active account, then deleted 30 days after account closure. Call Recordings are retained for 90 days from the date of the call (Pro plan and above; Starter does not include recording). Call Transcripts are retained with the same duration as recordings. Analytics Data is retained for up to 12 months. Legal/Compliance Data is retained as long as required by applicable law.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data: Access (request a copy of your personal data), Correction (request correction of inaccurate data), Deletion (request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements), Portability (request your data in a portable format), Opt-Out (opt out of marketing communications and non-essential tracking), and Restrict Processing (request restriction of data processing in certain circumstances).
To exercise these rights, contact us at mail2jimmygeorge@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Delusia.AI supports TCPA compliance through: automatic recording disclosure to callers, Do Not Call (DNC) list management tools, quiet hours enforcement (no calls before 8 AM or after 9 PM), easy opt-out mechanisms (STOP reply), and call records and compliance documentation.
However, you are responsible for your own TCPA compliance. Delusia.AI is not responsible for your violations of telemarketing laws.
Delusia.AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information can contact us at mail2jimmygeorge@gmail.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of Delusia.AI after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
